Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how IQBrio subscriptions are billed, renewed, and cancelled. They form part of our Terms of Service; where money already paid is concerned, our Refund Policy governs.

1. How Subscriptions Work

IQBrio may offer access through recurring subscription plans and, at times, one-time purchases. Plans are billed in advance for the price and billing period shown at checkout — for example weekly, monthly, or another interval we disclose at signup — and renew automatically at the end of each cycle unless cancelled.

2. Trials and Promotions

Trial periods or promotional pricing, when offered, are disclosed at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial or promotion ends, it converts automatically into a full-price subscription at the regular rate shown at checkout. Tracking your trial or promotional period and cancelling in time is your responsibility.

3. Payment Authorization

By subscribing, you:

• authorize IQBrio and its payment processors to charge your chosen payment method;
• agree to recurring billing for as long as your subscription is active;
• understand that renewal charges happen automatically without further confirmation.

Payments are processed by third parties; we are not responsible for fees, currency conversion, or failures caused by your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time — through your account settings if available, or by emailing support@iqbrio.com from the address associated with your account. Your cancellation takes effect once we confirm it. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date. After cancelling, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Deleting your account or simply not using IQBrio does not cancel your subscription — you need to cancel it directly.

5. Price and Plan Changes

We may change subscription pricing or plans going forward. Where required, we will notify you before a change affecting your renewal takes effect; continuing your subscription after that point means you accept the new price.

6. Refunds

Charges already billed are covered by our Refund Policy, not this document.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Subscription Terms at any time; updates take effect once posted here. If you do not agree with a change, cancel your subscription before your next billing date.
