Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made on https://iqbrio.com. It works together with our Terms of Service and Subscription Terms and is subject to applicable consumer-protection law.

1. General Principle

Purchases made through IQBrio are final and non-refundable except as described in this Policy or required by law. We do not issue refunds simply because you forgot to cancel before renewal, stopped using the Service, changed your mind, misunderstood the billing terms, or were unhappy with your results.

2. Exceptional Review

We may, at our discretion, review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

3. Refund Eligibility Window

To be considered for a refund:

• you must contact us within 14 days of your original purchase, unless local law requires otherwise;
• your subscription must still be active when you reach out;
• only your most recent payment is eligible;
• we grant at most one refund per customer.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and can take up to 30 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Once a refund is issued, we may end your access to the Service.

4. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we may challenge it with your payment provider, suspend or close your account, and restrict future access. Repeated misuse of chargebacks or refund requests can lead to a permanent account restriction.

5. Purchases Through Other Platforms

This Policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website. If you bought access to IQBrio through a third-party store (for example, an app marketplace), that platform's own billing and refund rules apply — contact them directly rather than us.

6. Regional Rights

United States (California residents). California residents may cancel a purchase and receive a full refund before midnight of the third business day after buying, as required by state law.

EU / EEA / UK residents. If you are located in the EU, EEA, or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, unless you have already accessed the Service and consented to immediate performance. Using the Service right after purchase may cause you to lose this right where the law permits it.

7. How Cancellation Relates to Refunds

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself refund past charges — see Sections 1–3 above for when a refund may apply, and our Subscription Terms for how to cancel.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time; changes take effect once posted on our website. If you do not agree with an update, cancel your subscription before your next renewal.
